Pollinator Habitat Restoration
Rogers Center is committed to restoring and protecting New York State’s native pollinator species. In alignment with the goals of the 2016 New York State Pollinator Protection Plan, we are working to address the crisis of declining pollinator populations through habitat enhancement. As you walk around the Rogers properties, you will see signs showcasing specific areas of habitat restoration. These areas are part of approximately 25 acres where our field technicians are hard at work planting pollinator-friendly trees and shrubs, or native wildflowers.
